Overview Humly are supporting a Carlisle based Nursery School to recruit a Qualified Nursery Nurse to work within there welcoming setting. With flexibility within the facility, we are actively looking for a Qualified Nursery Assistant with either baby, toddler and pre-school room experience. The role is open to a L3 Qualified Nursery Assistants and Qualified Teachers who are happy to work within a nursery setting and embrace a hands-on, play-based approach to early years education. This role is full time, Monday-Friday 08:00-18:00. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality learning experiences aligned with the school's curriculum and expectations. Build positive relationships with students to support their academic and personal development within the Early Years setting. Maintain effective classroom management and a productive learning atmosphere. Follow all safeguarding and reporting protocols required by the school. Candidate Profile Relevant qualifications for a Early Years Practitioner (e.g., QTS or equivalent). Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to the Early Years sector.
