We’re recruiting for a Senior Contract/Project Manager to join a growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across Civil Engineering, Retail Fuel & EV Infrastructure and Petrol Station & Roadside Construction. You'll oversee full project lifecycles, from pre-construction planning through to final handover. Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a key leadership role managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships, while driving programme performance and commercial success. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage work programmes, budgets, and resources * Ensure site delivery meets safety and quality standards * Lead change control, handover, and close-out processes * Work closely with commercial teams on cost control and valuations * Manage and mentor contract/site teams What You’ll Need: * 5–7 years in a Contracts or Project Management role within Civil Engineering * Strong knowledge of construction contracts and site operations * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Degree in Construction Management or related field * Full UK driving licence Benefits Include: * 28 days holiday (incl. bank hols) extra annual accrual * Health cash plan, life insurance & cycle to work scheme * Holiday buy/sell scheme Interested?
