As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take on a pivotal role in building and maintaining key client relationships, preparing accounts for a wide-ranging client base, and mentoring junior team members. You’ll also have the chance to drive your own career progression at a pace that works for you. Key Responsibilities Support on a diverse client portfolio, managing key relationships. Prepare financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies. Deliver monthly and quarterly management accounts. Prepare and review VAT returns, ensuring compliance with current legislation. Mentor junior staff and supporting with their career growth. What the client is looking for: Recently ACA or ACCA qualified or near to finishing. Prior experience working within an accountancy practice. Confident using accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Excel.
