ROLE OF THE JOB
* Key Support to Repairs and Maintenance operations team undertaking administration of documents
* Disrepair team support including creating property file to include required information by legal team and R&M managers (training to be given)
* Undertake minute taking at meetings and providing reports (training to be given)
* Lead officer for the collation and production of performance reports (training to be given)
* Support the scheduling team by undertaking scheduling duties for short periods of leave (training to be given)
* Compiling written responses for external and internal clients from dictated notes
* Manage the ordering of stationary materials for the section
* Dealing with enquiries and allocation to the relevant manager
* Link with other officers in Housing service to source and provide information related to housing repairs
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
* Good Time Management
* Flexible approach to meeting challenges
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to undertake focused periods of concentration
* High level of customer skills when interacting with the councils' tenants
* Support the service managers in providing written responses to complaints
