Role Overview
Mitie is seeking a highly experiencedSenior Consultantto establish and implementPower Automate standards, guardrails, and governance structuresacross the organization. This role is critical to ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant adoption of automation solutions within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement an enterprise-wide governanceframeworkfor Power Automate.
* Definestandards, guardrails, and best practicesfor automation development and deployment.
* Establishsecurity, compliance, and monitoring protocolsaligned with organizational policies.
* Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and automation teams to ensure smooth adoption.
* Providetraining, documentation, and knowledge transferto internal teams.
* Conductaudits and reviewsof existing Power Automate flows to ensure compliance with governance standards.
* Act as atrusted advisorto leadership on automation strategy and roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven expertise inMicrosoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
* Strong background inautomation governance, standards, and enterprise adoption frameworks.
* Experience insecurity, compliance, and risk managementwithin automation solutions.
* Ability to design and implementscalable automation guardrailsacross large organizations.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients is highly desirable.
