This role is key to the effective deployment of the Portfolio Strategy, in line with the IBP framework. It involves the successful execution of product-related projects involving NPD, Value Engineering, Portfolio Simplification, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Optimisation, and Transformational projects.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support Portfolio Manager with relevant Program and Portfolio reporting, continuous improvement, training material, etc. Responsible for managing low - medium complexity projects end to end including:
4. Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
5. Oversee project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
6. Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations
8. Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions
9. Foster effective communication within the project team and across departments
10. Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables are on schedule
11. Ensure planning, readiness, and compliance to applicable project governance processes, such as Stage & Gate
About you:
12. Proven experience in the Food Industry (advantageous)
13. Formal project management training (advantageous)
14. Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
15. Experienced in change management and project management
16. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills
17. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with strategic business focus
18. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and balance tactical and strategic thinking
19. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g. Project Management, Commercial, Operations, R&D)
