🎯 The Role
In this position, you’ll be the strategic lead across major client accounts, overseeing paid media strategy, ensuring campaign excellence, and building long-term partnerships. You’ll guide a talented team, shape innovative performance strategies, and play a key role in the agency’s continued growth.
📌 Key Responsibilities
* Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
* Own senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
* Manage and mentor a team of account and media specialists
* Oversee reporting, insights, and recommendations to support client growth
* Collaborate with creative, data, and leadership teams to push boundaries
✅ What You Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in paid media, with strong agency-side experience
* Proven ability to lead strategy and manage major client relationships
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
* Deep platform expertise (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, etc.)
* Confident communicator with commercial acumen
