What you’ll do
As the Business Owner for Candidate Experience, you will be the strategic lead responsible for shaping and enhancing the Employee and Candidate experience across learning, talent and talent acquisition platforms and processes.
You will act as the voice of the employee and candidate identifying optimisation opportunity, translating feedback and insights into requirements for platform and process improvements, driving adoption, engagement, and ensuring alignment with business and talent priorities.
* Platform Strategy and Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with business and market stakeholders to map and continuously improve the employee and candidate journey across learning, talent and talent acquisition journeys, identifying friction points and opportunities for enhancement.
* Change Management and Engagement - Drive adoption and utilisation of platforms across markets and entities through structured change management, communication, and engagement strategies that build awareness and foster a culture of continuous learning.
* Experience Insights and Feedback Analysis - Analyse employee, candidate, and hiring manager feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement across learning, talent, and Talent Acquisition products, services and processes.
* Collaboration with Centres of Expertise (CoEs) - Partner with CoEs (VLO/TA and HR products and services) by owning requirements and helping to inform design and evolution of products and services. Prioritising to elevate the employee and candidate experience, ensuring alignment with strategic talent and learning goals.
* Backlog & Investment Prioritisation - Own and manage the product backlog engagement for platform and process enhancements. Connecting with the wider business, incorporating data and insights from feedback, usage analytics, and business priorities to inform decisions and roadmap.
* Testing - Support regular and relevant system testing in line with technical road map.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and feedback to drive decisions and prioritise enhancements.
* Experience in change management and employee engagement strategies.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management tools.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate value and impact.
* Empathy driven approach to problem-solving and innovation
* Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including vendors, operating companies, Partner Markets, CoEs and HR products and services.
