Responsibilities
* Handling incoming customer calls and identifying sales opportunities
* Supporting daily admin tasks using Sage when the Sales Administrator is unavailable
* Diagnosing technical issues across hydraulic, electronic, and hardware systems
* Backing up configuration data and maintaining accurate records
* Delivering onsite training sessions when required
* Building strong relationships and passing qualified leads to dealers
Experience
* Confident communication and a proactive approach to customer service
* A technical background in hydraulics, electronics, or hardware engineering
* Experience using Sage or similar admin systems
* A willingness to get stuck in and support across departments
