The Role
You’ll oversee the smooth running of the company’s internal operations, ensuring the team has the systems, processes and support they need to succeed. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of business administration, HR coordination, governance and recruitment processes - playing a vital role in helping the company scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide governance and administrative support for leadership and board meetings
* Lead recruitment processes — from advertising to candidate communication
* Manage resource allocation across multiple projects and teams
* Oversee people processes including onboarding, contracts, compliance and offboarding
* Maintain an efficient, welcoming office environment and support team wellbeing
* Handle diary management, travel arrangements and general office administration
* Identify and implement process improvements to optimise operations
About You
* Proven experience in an office, operations or business management role
* Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented and proactive
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confident managing HR processes and recruitment
* Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and administrative skills
* Motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a small, dynamic team
* Interest in healthcare, data or public sector transformation is a plus
