Project Manager
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee our site operations,
As our Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves frequent site visits and direct interaction with clients, Site foremen, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project updates.
* Coordinate with Site Forman's, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
* Conduct site inspections and oversee all aspects of site management, including health and safety protocols.
* Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
* Resolve any project-related issues or disputes promptly and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of general construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skills:
* Proven track record in managing traditional construction projects up to £2,000,000
* Ability to lead and motivate Team's
* Excellent planning and organizational abilities- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices and protocols
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
* Microsoft Word and Excel
