What You’ll Focus On:
* Building partnerships with high-growth consumer brands scaling their e-commerce and digital functions
* Recruiting roles like:
* Amazon & Ocado Account Managers
* Heads of E-commerce / DTC Leads
* Digital Marketing, CRM & Data Roles
* E-commerce NPD & Category Managers
* Leading with quality, consultative BD, not spray-and-pray sales
What You’ll Need:
* 360 recruitment experience - ideally in FMCG, Digital, Marketing or Commercial
* A business development mindset - you're energised by opening doors, not waiting for them to open
* Confidence to speak to Heads of Digital, Founders and Marketing Directors
* Curiosity, ambition and a quality-first approach
