Overview
Our Strategy Teams drive the business forward and solve problems for customers. As a Strategy Analyst you could be:
* Finding innovative ways to attract new customers and ensure our products meet their needs.
* Providing support and tools to help customers manage their finances and protect them from fraud.
* Creating marketing strategies that deliver the right messages in the right places.
* Balancing lending with risk to the business.
Key to this work is insightful data analysis and critical judgement. You will be trained on coding and analytical tools to dig deep into datasets. Rotations are a core part of the role, helping you develop across projects and business areas to become a well‑rounded Strategy Analyst.
What you’ll need
We don’t mind what degree background or grades you have, but we want to see:
* Your ability to identify solutions or opportunities using data and sound reasoning.
* A high aptitude for maths, with problem solving and creative thinking for recommendations.
* Judgement in decision making.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to share ideas and thrive in a collaborative environment.
* Curiosity to learn and take ownership of your development, with a focus on growth for you and the company.
Recruitment process
1. Apply. If eligible, you will receive online testing to assess core skills.
2. One-way video interview.
3. Case study interview with a Strategy Analyst.
4. In-person assessment day with group activity, case study and interviews.

Where and how you’ll work
This is a permanent position based in Nottingham. The role uses a hybrid model with three days in the office (Tuesday–Thursday) and flexibility to work from home. We’re open to arrangements that suit you.
Eligibility
Open to final-year students graduating in 2026, or those who graduated in 2025 (including undergraduates, masters and PhD). We’re able to sponsor if you currently have the right to work in the UK (including student/graduate visas).
