A highly respected London restaurant is preparing to reopen with serious ambitions. The team will be pushing towards a second Michelin star and building a small, elite brigade to achieve it.
This is an opportunity to work directly alongside a Michelin-starred chef known for precision, discipline and craft. The kitchen focuses on detail, consistency and a calm but demanding service environment.

Your role
* Lead the brigade during service
* Support the Head Chef in delivering a high-level dining experience
* Oversee preparation, service and kitchen organisation
* Maintain consistency and standards across all sections
* Train and develop junior chefs
* Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are met
* Contribute ideas towards menu development
What we need
* Strong background in Michelin-level kitchens
* High technical ability and attention to detail
* A chef who pushes standards and expects the same from the team
* Japanese cuisine experience helps but is not essential
* Must live within commuting distance of Chelsea
* Right to work in the UK required
