Job Title: Endoscopy Booking Officer
Hours: Monday – Friday - Rota between NGH/ RHH site as a split service- 8am- 6pm (7.5 hour shifts)

What you'll be responsible for:
· Reception Cover
· Making appointment reminder calls
· Preparing patient packs of information and swabbing
· Printing letters
· Answering patient calls with general queries
· Booking appointments
· Arranging transport
· Scanning and filing
· Other general admin duties
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust.
· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
· Previous experience of working with customers in a face-to-face environment.
· Previous experience of speaking with customers over the phone.
· Previous use of IT systems.
· Good teamwork
· Excellent communication skills
