Role: Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home
Location: Salford
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £55k–£65k
Ready to take the lead and make a real difference? We’re working with a local authority in Salford to find an experienced Registered Manager who’s all about creating a safe, supportive space for young people. This is a brand new service, so you’ll have the chance to shape something special from the ground up. You’ll be running a children’s residential home that’s designed to help young people rebuild trust, form strong relationships, and gain the skills they need for a brighter future.
Responsibilities
* Leading the team and setting the tone for a positive, caring environment
* Making sure everything’s safe, smooth and up to standard
* Hiring, training, and supporting your staff
* Putting solid plans in place to help young people thrive
Qualifications
* You’re a CQC Registered Manager
* You’ve got at least 2 years’ experience running a Children’s Ofsted-registered home
* You hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
* You know your stuff when it comes to Ofsted rules and regs
