Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support, Consultancy & Pre-Sales
* Troubleshoot and diagnose customer application and product issues efficiently.
* Communicate technical concepts effectively to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
* Ensure timely resolution of technical problems and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Accurately update Customer Support tickets and contribute to our internal Technical Knowledgebase.
* Provide onsite consultancy services and deliver professional written reports.
* Support the international sales team with pre-sales technical assistance and demonstrations.
Training
* Deliver product training sessions both remotely and onsite to customers.
* Maintain and update training documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Education & Experience: Degree in software engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in an application support environment.
* Technical Skills:
* Understanding of real-time SCADA systems and enterprise IT platforms.
* Experience with Visual Basic scripting; familiarity with C# and .NET is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS SQL Server or other database platforms.
* Knowledge of Windows OS, virtual environments, networking, and real-time communication protocols (OPC/UA, Modbus IP, Bacnet, IEC 61850, DMP3, LON, etc.).
* Soft Skills:
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
* Customer-focused approach with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
* French language skills are a plus.
* Flexibility & Travel:
* Willing to travel within the UK to assist clients.
* Willing to travel to our headquarters in Massy, France (up to four times a year).
