1. Contract Type: Full Time
2. Salary: £29,736.77 per annum (£14.21 per hour)
3. Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 2 days, 2 nights (7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am)
4. Location: Bellshill
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our bottle supply equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
5. Operating and setting up bottle supply and de-bagging machines
6. Completing traceability documentation accurately
7. Managing bottle and film waste, including reprocessing and baler use
8. Performing machine safety checks and adhering to operating procedures
9. Supporting changeovers and fault finding to minimise downtime
10. Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards to Grade A level
11. Reporting and recording supply performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
12. Experience in food manufacturing (preferred)
13. A strong team ethic and excellent communication skills
14. Confidence working with stakeholders and during audits
15. The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
