Role Overview
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD and SEMH
* Create a safe, structured and stimulating learning environment
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists and parents
* Support IEPs, assessments and targeted interventions
* Contribute to whole-school SEN strategies and inclusive practice
Ideal Candidate
* QTS (SEN or primary experience desirable but not essential)
* Empathetic, resilient and committed to inclusive education
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* Confident using assistive technology and visual supports
* Open to CPD and collaborative working
