About the opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in measurement, take-offs, and preparation of Bills of Quantities, along with proficiency in CostX software.
Responsibilities
* Perform accurate measurements and take-offs from drawings and specifications.
* Prepare and update comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
* Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.
* Monitor project costs and assess variations.
* Ensure compliance with project requirements and security protocols.
* Utilize CostX for digital measurement and cost reporting.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in measurement, BOQ preparation, and cost management.
* Security clearance is required.
* Proficiency in CostX software.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
