Role: Executive Assistant to CEO
Days: Monday–Friday
Hours: 9:00am–6:00pm (with flexibility)
Location: Staines, Surrey
Hybrid: Office approx once per week with meetings in London as required and remote working thereafter
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 gross per annum
Start Date: March 2026
We are seeking a highly capable and discreet Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fintech/software business. The role will be 80% focused on business support with typical EA duties such as diary and inbox management including multiple board schedules across several companies, gatekeeping, international travel and stakeholder relationship management.
Whilst the role will entail 20% personal support across the CEO’s home and family life, there is the scope for the role to transition into more private household support in the longer term.
You will work closely with an existing senior team member, operating as a true right-hand support, with strong collaboration and mutual cover.
We are looking for a candidate who can exercise excellent judgement and understands confidentiality instinctively. You must be comfortable working at pace and confident in prioritising effectively and managing competing demands with a positive and professional demeanour.
