We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. You will have full accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

From signature Hand and Arm massages to hosting wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tastings, and cocktail master classes, our services and events are highly regarded. As Boutique Manager, you'll elevate these in-store events and ensure their success. You will also oversee the store's smooth operation and align your team with the Boutique and Brand vision. Coaching and inspiring your team to exceed their KPIs, as well as your own, is essential.

Qualifications
* Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or fast-paced retail
* Experience setting sales and customer service targets, analyzing sales, and staff scheduling
* Experience with retail operations, including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
* Track record of leading, coaching, and developing teams
* Experience in creating and executing in-store events
* Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss your availability with the hiring manager
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Proof of right to work in the country
