Account Executive – FP&A Software
Hybrid – West London / Remote
£75-100k base + OTE up to £170k

The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role leading new business activity in the UK. You'll build and convert a pipeline across mid-market and lower enterprise clients, selling into CFOs and finance leaders across both public and private sectors.
You'll work closely with the UK sales manager, supported by business development colleagues generating leads through outreach and events. You'll also collaborate with another UK-based account manager.
This is not a farming role. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a significant part of the UK market at an early stage and influence how the company goes to market.
The Product
The platform combines planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting in one cloud-based solution. It integrates easily with ERP systems and provides advanced data analysis capabilities, going beyond tools like Power BI.
It is particularly suited for organisations moving on from spreadsheets or overly complex enterprise systems. The product is mature, stable, and proven internationally, with ongoing investment to enhance offerings for the UK market.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking commercially-minded software sales professionals who can develop a territory from the ground up. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
You'll likely bring:
· Experience selling B2B SaaS – ideally FP&A, ERP, BI, or related solutions
· Experience of selling into the mid-market in the UK.
· Understanding of the finance function and engaging CFO-level buyers
· Proven ability to build pipeline through outreach, events, and partnerships
· Comfort operating at pace in a growth-focused business
· A straightforward, results-oriented approach to sales
We're not looking for someone overly corporate or political – just a capable, driven salesperson ready to make an impact.
Package
· Base: £75–100k
· OTE: £130–170k (uncapped)
· Ramped quota to support onboarding
· Hybrid working with flexibility; preference for candidates within reach of West London
