What Youll Be Doing:
1. Supporting daily quality inspections across components and projects
2. Learning to operate advanced equipment including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
3. Assisting in the investigation of quality issues and trend analysis
4. Helping document critical procedures, inspection plans, and standard work instructions
5. Contributing to process improvements and new technology evaluations (e.g. 3D scanning)
6. This hands-on role combines 4 days per week on-site with 1 day at college (fully supported), giving you the chance to build both your practical and theoretical knowledge over a 4-year apprenticeship.
