Job Description You will: Deliver high-quality, tested, secure automation solutions using low-code and RPA platforms Integrate systems across APIs, databases, and web interfaces to build end-to-end workflows Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders Work with a range of automation tools and technologies depending on the needs of each project Continuously develop your technical skills through training, project exposure, and knowledge-sharing Collaborate with colleagues to design automation that maximises value for customers and users Solve complex workflow and integration challenges as part of a cross-functional team Implement automation through CI/CD pipelines and apply modern DevOps techniques Personal Specification Technical Competencies (Essential): 5+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database, networking, or client/server design and development Software development or scripting experience in any technology/language Experience with automation or DevOps as part of Agile software development Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM (or equivalent commercial experience) Technical Competencies (Desirable): 3+ years' experience as a developer, automation engineer, or RPA specialist Experience with low-code or RPA platforms (e.g. Pega, Decisions, Appian, UiPath, Blue Prism) Experience delivering Agile solutions across distributed or global teams Exposure to workflow automation in enterprise environments Benefits Negotiable salary with bonus 35 days annual leave Hybrid working model (Belfast-based) Full training and certification in low-code and automation platforms provided Excellent career progression and continuous learning opportunities Opportunity to work on automation and workflow projects with real social impact Inclusive, collaborative culture with a mission-driven focus Skills: Low Code Pega RPA Automation
