Team Leader – Residential Children’s Home Lemontree Recruitment Lemontree Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to support the Registered and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of a residential children’s home. This is a key role where you will lead shifts, supervise and develop staff, manage rotas, and undertake on-call responsibilities. You will also deputise for management when required, ensuring the home operates to a high standard at all times. You will play an essential part in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs, ensuring high-quality care in line with Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and Ofsted requirements. Key responsibilities include care planning, key working, incident management, liaising with professionals, attending reviews and multi-agency meetings, and embedding a therapeutic approach. The role also involves direct work with young people, report writing, staff support, and maintaining health, safety, and financial controls.
