- £17.00 per hour About the Role Superior Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and confident Healthcare Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a child with complex health needs in their family home in Dover, Kent.

Someone who can fit in well with the family and work closely to support their child's medical needs Shift Pattern Night shifts
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10pm-7am Clinical Responsibilities You will receive full training and support to manage the child's complex care needs, including: Seizure monitoring and recognising early signs Administration of paraldehyde during seizure episodes Gastrostomy (G-tube) feeding and medication administration Nebuliser treatments as required Oral suctioning to maintain a clear airway Supporting communication for a non-verbal child Assisting with mobility and safe manual handling using a ceiling hoist Providing comfort, positioning, stimulation, and age-appropriate interaction Apply Today If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and want to join a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
