I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a market-leading automotive parts factor who are looking for a dynamic Parts Centre Manager to lead their Cambridge operation.

As Parts Centre Manager, you will:
7. Lead, motivate, and develop a team to exceed sales and service targets.
8. Devise and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
9. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
10. Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
11. Report on performance, using your strong IT skills (MS Office proficiency essential).
