Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Bricklehurst Manor School, Stonegate, East Sussex, TN5 7EL
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum dependent on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Part-Time hours available TBC)
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start Date: November 2025

About the Role
Brickl lehurst Manor School is a brand-new, co-educational SEMH school for pupils aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. * Deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated English curriculum that meets the needs of all pupils.

* Mentor colleagues and share best practices to enhance teaching quality across the school.
* Monitor and track students’ academic progress and personal growth to support each pupil’s potential.

Who We Are Looking For
We seek someone who is passionate, creative, and resilient, with the ability to inspire students and colleagues. You should have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A genuine interest in SEN and SEMH education
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging, and personalised learning
* Strong communication and collaborative skills, ready to contribute to a brand-new school culture

About the School
Bricklehurst Manor School is a brand-new SEMH school located in Wadhurst, East Sussex, for pupils aged 11–16. The school will cater for up to 60 pupils with SEMH needs and related additional needs.
