Hours: Fulltime: 09:00 – 5:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 – 3:30 Fridays
About the role:
Taking full ownership for the delivery of the campaigns and brand channels in the ’24 – ’25 Marketing Plan, under the strategic direction of the Marketing Director. This will involve breaking new ground into lead generation campaigns, which the business has largely not run before. Taking full ownership of all campaign and response channels and oversee delivery of messaging, creative and media buys.
• Our '24-25' Marketing Strategy is new and Blink Payment is ambitious. This is a new role to help us achieve our business growth goals.
• There is 1 Assistant Marketing Manager report, co-management of a designer and responsibility for managing the creative/media agency.
• You’ll be required to own the demand generation campaign development across all channels, including the development of documented Campaign Plans
• Own the demand generation reporting numbers and hitting them
• Work with external agencies and designer on delivery
• Working with the Head of Marketing Operations on analysis of demand campaign performance and enhancing/improving the campaigns based on data
• Own the brand guidelines
• Ensure branding consistency across the business
• Own internal communications
• Management of events (typically 4 p.a)
• We hope to develop PR activity at some point, to drive vertical based awareness, post-launch of campaigns
• Ensuring key activity has Marketing Director sign-off before go-live
• All such other marketing activity, as is required by the Marketing Director
Experience required:
• 10 years B2B marketing experience
• Payments and/or services marketing experience preferred, though B2B services experience is essential
• Must be able to demonstrate deep expertise and success in owning demand-based campaigns, including metrics
• Deep understanding of media channels
• In-depth understanding of demand response mechanics
• Good knowledge of Mar-Tech, such as Marketing Cloud
• Firm understanding of creative development, messaging, brand, and media
• People management experience required
• Degree essential (preferably marketing or business related) and or Chartered Institute of Marketing, Diploma in Marketing (including DipM and Postgraduate DipM)
