We have an exciting opportunity ready for an enthusiastic and experienced Creative Lead to join our talented team at Freely! This is a permanent full-time position based in North Sydney. You’ll be working predominantly in a digital yet omni-channel environment, delivering crafted interfaces and highly creative, with commercially astute campaign assets. Salary: Competitive salary plus super PLUS annual bonus incentive So, what’s the job? You’ll lead the evolution of the brand visual design language and maintain brand integrity across touchpoints / channels You’ll lead the definition and evolution of our visual design framework across all touchpoints / channels You’ll be on the tools, in terms of translating these designs using ‘drag and drop’ web and eDM builders (Webflow, AutoPilot etc) You’ll contribute to marketing campaign concepts and bring them to life through highly crafted and engaging campaign assets across a range of channels (Display, Social, eDM etc.) and formats (video, static etc), from inception through to delivery You’ll design with the customer journey in mind, understanding what role an asset / interface plays in the wider customer journey You’ll work closely with the Freely team and external partners in the creation of award-winning campaigns that delivery commercial outcomes And what are we looking for? To be successful in this role: You’ll have at least 10 years of web design experience, familiar with Web, iOS, Android UI design patterns You’ll have at least 8 years of working within an integrated design function delivering campaign creative You’ll have a certificate, associate degree or bachelor's degree in design or related field or can demonstrate you have the required experience through your portfolio and previous roles You’ll have experience with required software (Figma, Adobe suite, Webflow, Jira and Miro) You’ll be flexible and comfortable with tight deadlines and re-prioritising as business needs change as well as having the skills and confidence to communicate, negotiate and critique designs You’ll have experience in brand expression, campaign development and collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders So, why choose us?
