About the role:
* Plan and implement a curriculum in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
* Create a stimulating and safe environment for children to explore, learn, and develop
* Provide high-quality care and support for children's physical, emotional, and educational needs
* Build positive relationships with children and their families, promoting effective communication and partnership working
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual learning plans
* Ensure compliance with nursery policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities
Requirements
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
* Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children
* Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* DBS check and right to work in the UK
