An established consultancy firm is seeking an Administrator to join their Customer Success team. Supporting with customer engagement and revenue collection, this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career within a professional, collaborative, social and friendly team. This role could lead to a permanent opportunity.
The role:
Responding to enquiries via e-mail and on phone-promptly and professionally
Managing subscription fee communications, providing clear explanation about pay and invoicing structure
Chasing unpaid invoices
Improving data accuracy across systems
Support customers in understanding their account status and resolving billing issues
Merge, cleanse, and maintain customer data to ensure records are accurate and aligned on the systemThe ideal candidate:
Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
Confident handling queries and objections that may arise from calls
High level of customer service
Can do attitude
Confident speaking on the phone and face to face
