Our specialist Disputed Probate Team offers advice on all aspects of will challenges, estate claims, disputes between executors and trustees, and trust disputes and is building a new team in our Knowle office.
We are now looking to recruit an experiencedParalegal to join our team.
This role is for someone who is passionate about supporting working within disputed probate and supporting a fee earning team with delivering excellence to their clients, and we will only be reviewing applications from experienced paralegal applicants who want to join an exciting and growing business.
You will need to be IT proficient as we have invested heavily in ensuring our systems are efficient and support our business.
What this role entails:-
1. Review new cases: Check emails and case management systems for updates, new instructions, or deadlines.
2. Draft documents: Including but not limited to letters, emails, witness statements, Court documents under solicitor supervision.
