Job Purpose: To welcome our Hirers and their groups into the schools’ facilities, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each visit.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience. Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and school events, from setting up a badminton net to switching on floodlights.
2. Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school's premises are left as found, such as sweeping or tidying chairs and equipment, to avoid extra work for schools and teachers the next morning.
3. Ensure the security and safety of the school by unlocking gates and doors and making sure they are securely locked after shifts.
4. Complete health and safety checks throughout the shift, report hazards or faulty equipment via our platform, and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
5. Receive full training, both in person and online, covering site operations, safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety, and customer service.
6. Support the school, hirers, and Vivify team in other activities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

3. If successful, Vivify will arrange and pay for an Enhanced DBS check
4. Start date and training will be scheduled
