Role Description
This can be a full-time or part time on-site role located in the South-East UK for a Product Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional product demonstrations, conducting client assessments to determine suitable mobility and seating solutions, and assisting customers in selecting and understanding the use of products. Key tasks will involve offering technical knowledge, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client satisfaction, and engaging in activities to achieve business goals while ensuring a personalised customer experience.
Qualifications
* Expertise as a Product Specialist with a strong understanding of mobility equipment and rehabilitation technology.
* A certified qualification (Such as Rehabilitation Engineer) would be advantageous, but not necessary.
* Excellent analytical skills for understanding customer needs and recommending tailored product solutions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and build client relationships.
* Proven experience in customer service and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support.
* Experience in sales, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive customer engagement.
* Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client interactions and schedules effectively.
* A valid driver’s license to conduct on-site demonstrations and assessments at various locations.
* Knowledge of the mobility and rehabilitation equipment industry is preferred.
