Teaching is adapted for smaller groups, with an emphasis on engagement, structure and relevance. About the role This is a relationship-led school where pupils are supported to re-engage with learning at their own pace. The curriculum is flexible and designed to meet students where they are, with staff given the freedom to teach creatively while maintaining clear boundaries and expectations.
