We’re looking for a talented HR Advisor who thrives in a dynamic environment to join our growing People Services team. At MHA, you’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Be the HR go-to across the regional offices, supporting trainees, staff, and line managers on all people matters.
2. Working closely with our people to ensure they have the support they need to grow and develop in their careers.
3. Collaborate on exciting People Experience projects and help integrate regional and wider HR strategies.
4. Play a key role in recruiting, retaining, and rewarding our people throughout their journey with MHA.
5. Work alongside a talented, experienced HR team, offering plenty of learning opportunities and room for growth.
What We’re Looking For
1. Experience working in a generalist HR role, ideally at an advisory level or similar.
2. Experience of managing ER cases and employment law knowledge.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
4. Adaptability to changing priorities and enthusiasm for tackling any obstacles along the way!
