Quality / PPAP Engineer
Are you a quality driven professional looking to play a key role in delivering robust automotive products? We are seeking a PPAP Engineer to support product qualification and successful transition into production for one of our key clients.
Reporting to the Quality Manager and working closely with the Programme Management team, this role ensures PPAP documentation is completed and submitted in line with internal standards customer requirements and AIAG expectations. You will support project teams to ensure manufacturing processes are capable repeatable and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Completion and submission of PPAP documentation for new and amended products
* Quality support to project teams including feasibility and production handover
* Review and management of customer specific requirements and re validation activities
* Leading PFMEA and control plan reviews to required standards
* Contribution to risk analysis lessons learned and continuous improvement
This role offers the opportunity to influence product quality from early project stages through to serial production. You will work closely with internal teams and customers in a structured yet fast paced environment where attention to detail is highly valued.
