We are now recruiting for a Multi-Utilities Estimator to join our team.
You will manage all multi-utility enquiries from initial tender through to submission, ensuring our clients receive technically sound and cost-effective solutions.
As our Multi-Utilities Estimator you will be specifically responsible for:
• Managing multi-utility enquiries from receipt through to tender submission.
• Producing indicative designs for gas, water, and electricity networks for pricing purposes.
• Engineering designs to provide clients with the most cost-effective solutions.
• Completing full take-offs of materials for installation and costing.
• Preparing clear, well-presented quotations with project breakdowns per utility.
• Attending client meetings and coordinate with internal teams as required.
• Collating and submitting technical information for design approvals and manage the design process to completion.
• Overseeing project handovers to Operations upon receipt of approvals.
• Managing tender variations and support the continued growth of the division.

It would be great if you had:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MU Design, and WINDEBUT/SNAP.
• Familiarity with Fast Estimate or alternative costing software.
• Knowledge of DNO/IDNO network specifications and Scottish Power Radar systems.
• Experience in water design advantageous.
