We’re looking for an Administratorto support our field engineers and managers by handling calls and loading sickness and holiday absences on our HR System to ensure a balanced absence/holiday ratio amongst each Field Managers Team. Your workload will also include the ordering of access cards and keys for our field engineers. Maintain an organised worksheet to track incoming and outgoing cards and keys.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer absence/holiday calls from the field.
* Log absences and holiday on HR System.
* Keep relevant management up to date on holiday allocation per team.
* Answer exchange access calls from the field.
* Log building and site location access requirements on internal system.
* Keep up to date records of card and key orders as well as exchange access provided.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
* Team player with problem-solving mindset.
