We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and hard-working Factory Operative to join our busy production team. You will be fully trained to operate machinery and support general factory tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Location: Tamworth B79
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 – 17:15 (FRIDAY’S OFF)
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Operating and minding various machines (training provided)
* Using a drilling machine and press machine
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
* May rotate between two workstations
The Candidate:
* Able to understand written instructions and follow training carefully
* A good listener and strong communicator
* Known for their reliability and strong work ethic
* Able to have a laugh – banter is a big part of our shopfloor culture!
