New Directions Education is currently recruiting Supply Primary Teachers to work across a range of primary schools throughout Warrington.
About the Role
1. Provide high-quality classroom cover in primary schools across Warrington.
2. Deliver planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
3. Support pupils’ learning, behaviour, and wellbeing while maintaining a positive classroom environment.
4. Be adaptable to different year groups, school settings, and curriculum requirements.
5. Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding and behaviour expectations.

The Ideal Candidate
10. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
11. Experience teaching in primary school settings, ideally across multiple year groups.
12. Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to different school environments.
13. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
14. Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service, if not already done.
15. Must have employment references covering the last 5 years.
