We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to manage and develop a team of HR Business Partners across our EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region (22 countries). The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving global HR processes and strategies such as performance management, salary planning, ensuring alignment with global HR initiatives, and supporting business leaders in achieving organization and business growth goals locally. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, cross-cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of European labor laws and HR practices. Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners across 22 countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Partner with regional and global leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, programs, and initiatives across the region. Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, organizational design, and change management. Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Drive talent management, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives locally in the region. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and support major COE global processes such as salary planning and performance management Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Foster a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role managing HRBPs. Experience working in a multinational organization with a matrix structure. Strong knowledge of European labor laws and HR practices. Proven ability to lead through influence and manage remote teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
