Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee our construction project in Oldham, this role is vital to ensuring the successful delivery of our hospitality projects, aligning with our mission to provide exceptional service and quality.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
* Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
* Monitor health and safety compliance across all site operations.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are fulfilled.
* Prepare and maintain site documentation, reports, and progress updates.
* Control project budgets and resources efficiently.
* Implement best practices for construction management using industry-leading tools such as Primavera P6.
* Address any issues or delays promptly to keep projects on track.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction or hospitality sectors.
* Strong knowledge of project management tools.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to lead teams effectively and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
* Relevant certifications in construction management or health & safety.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
