What’s in it for you? * 25 days annual leave Bank Holidays * Career progression opportunities * Free Parking Duties include: * Respond effectively to customer needs and requirements in a timely and professional manner * Work towards agreed targets to support overall business growth * Ensure all business activity aligns with company standards, providing managers and clients with confidence in the service delivered * Uphold the highest standards of legal and ethical integrity by adhering to compliance requirements, rules, and regulations * Proactively source new business opportunities and schedule appointments for face-to-face client meetings * Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in line with individual account targets * Conduct comprehensive reviews of clients’ insurance needs for both new business and renewals * Market new and renewal risks appropriately to ensure competitive and suitable coverage * Issue renewal terms within required timeframes and through the appropriate channels, in accordance with FCA guidelines * Identify and recommend risk management strategies to help clients mitigate exposure * Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals relevant to clients’ sectors Ideal Candidate: * Confident meeting new clients * Sociable and sales-orientated * Money motivated * Ideal backgrounds – hospitality, insurance, recruitment, sales * Able to travel nationally and work in the field Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE Company Car Allowance Interested?
