As a HIP Technician within a small friendly team, the key responsibilities for your new role are as follows: Handling and organising high-value engineering parts for HIP processing. Operating and controlling advanced HIP systems to deliver results to customer specifications. Loading and unloading furnaces efficiently. Following directives to maintain production throughput and ensuring top-quality output. Regardless of previous expertise, you will possess great communication and teamwork skills, a punctual and strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment. In return, my client is offering an excellent salary of £27,000, plus an excellent benefits package including a bonus, company matched pension (up to 8%), health scheme, cycle to work scheme and EV salary sacrifice scheme. You will also receive 24 days holiday per annum plus Bank holidays with additional holidays for qualifying length of service. The role will be working on a permanent night shift across 4 nights with the hours of work being Monday to Thursday - 9 PM 7 AM.
