Main duties of the job
* Lead the continuous development of the Macmillan Health and Wellbeing Service.
* Develop, manage and lead the Macmillan Information and Support/PCC service.
* Support delivery of personalised cancer care, providing trust‑wide guidance of the Macmillan personalised cancer care programme and focusing on holistic needs assessment (HNA) offered by the PCC nurse and support workers.
* Develop, deliver and lead a range of health and wellbeing sessions and information in a variety of formats – written, virtual, 1:1 and group.
* Oversee the quality of cancer information produced in‑house by the oncology and haematology teams trust‑wide.
* Line‑manage the PCC nurse, complementary therapy team, benefits advisor and data coordinator.

Education/Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience.
Skills/Abilities
* Project management.
* Budgetary skills.
Experience/Knowledge
* Setting up new services.
