The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver design excellence across a range of ambitious residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes. Daily Duties
* Lead and contribute to the creative design process from concept through to RIBA Stages 2-3
* Develop high-quality design proposals, drawings, and visual presentations
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand and interpret project aspirations
* Work with consultants and internal teams to ensure design integrity is maintained through project development
* Support planning applications with clear, well-presented design documentation
* Contribute to design reviews, workshops, and collaborative brainstorming sessions
* Maintain awareness of current architectural trends, sustainability strategies, and innovative design practices
* Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of design excellence
Ideal Candidate
* ARB-registered architect with strong post-Part 3 experience
* A portfolio demonstrating creativity, conceptual strength, and design quality
* Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and design standards
* Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3D visualisation software is advantageous
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
* Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team environment
* Passionate about design innovation, sustainability, and placemaking
* Motivated, proactive, and capable of managing time and multiple design priorities effectively
