What's on Offer Competitive salary £43K- with strong pension and annual leave entitlement Flexible and autonomous working - manage your own diary and priorities Commitment to professional development and ongoing fire safety training Health & wellbeing support alongside employee assistance programmes A values-led organisation focused on people, safety and long-term investment in its workforce Loads of perks, lists is endless What You'll Be Doing Day to Day Carrying out fire risk assessments across residential schemes and buildings with communal areas Reviewing and auditing third-party fire risk assessments and ensuring quality and compliance Developing and tracking action plans, ensuring remedial works are prioritised and delivered Liaising with Fire Authorities, contractors and internal teams to maintain regulatory standards Delivering fire safety guidance, toolbox talks and awareness training to colleagues and residents Experience & Qualifications Needed Fire Risk Assessment qualification (IFE or equivalent), essential Proven experience undertaking fire risk inspections and producing reports within housing or construction environments Strong working knowledge of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and current legislation Ability to interpret risk, influence stakeholders and drive compliance outcomes Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel across operational areas) Desirable: NEBOSH General Certificate, asbestos awareness, affordable housing experience.
